How we handle early conversations
We keep the initial process short and specific. Three steps before either party commits to anything.
Initial call
A 30-minute call to understand your power requirements, campus context, and timeline. We share a brief overview of where we are in the design and licensing process. No materials prepared in advance; this is a direct conversation.
Technical deep-dive
If the first call identifies a real fit, we schedule a 90-minute technical session. We walk through the plant design, the AI dispatch architecture, and the regulatory roadmap in detail. Your engineering leads are welcome. An NDA covers any non-public design information we share.
Preliminary terms discussion
If the technical session confirms a viable path, we share indicative commercial terms for your site and discuss which partnership tier fits your decision timeline. This is where we decide whether to proceed to a formal site assessment under the Tier 2 partner program.
