Work with us while the design is still being shaped
The partners we work with earliest have the most influence over how the plant design, commercial structure, and integration architecture develop. We are in preliminary discussions with a small number of operators. Conversations are open now.
Three tiers, progressing in commitment and depth
We structured our partner program to let you understand the technology and commercial model before making any commitment. The first two tiers require nothing but time. The third involves a binding commercial term sheet.
Technical Alignment
An NDA-gated technical briefing where we share full engineering design documentation and our current simulation results. No commercial commitment required. Designed for operators evaluating whether our technology is appropriate for their campus before entering site-specific conversations.
- NDA execution and mutual data sharing
- Full engineering design documentation package
- Simulation environment walkthrough with Sofia
- AI control architecture overview with Jamal
- Regulatory status and licensing roadmap briefing
- No fee, no exclusivity
Site Development
Joint site evaluation for a specific campus. We assess your power requirements, review proposed siting adjacency, model the electrical interconnect design, and produce a site-specific feasibility report. This tier is collaborative and involves your engineering and operations leads alongside ours.
- Includes all Tier 1 deliverables
- Site-specific feasibility assessment
- Electrical interconnect design review
- Power requirement modeling against your load profile
- Preliminary civil and mechanical siting plan
- No fee, shared exclusivity within your region
Commercial Structure
A binding term sheet covering the commercial structure for your site: PPA pricing, capacity terms, construction schedule commitments, and O&M responsibilities. This is the stage where we align on numbers and enter a formal development agreement. Executed after Tier 2 deliverables are accepted.
- Binding development agreement
- Fixed $/MWh PPA pricing structure
- Construction schedule and milestone commitments
- O&M responsibility matrix
- Regional exclusivity period
- Development fee at execution
The partners we want to hear from now
Our conversations are most productive with organizations that are making real decisions about power for data center capacity in the 2027 to 2032 timeframe. That means you are currently evaluating grid interconnect applications, long-term PPAs from renewable developers, or other dedicated generation options, and you want to understand whether compact fission belongs in that comparison set.
We also accept conversations from infrastructure investors and family offices evaluating the generation asset side of AI infrastructure. If you are thinking about the gap between AI compute demand and firm power supply as an investment thesis, we want to understand your framework and share ours.
Data Center Operators
Developers or operators planning new campus builds of 20 MW or more who want dedicated firm generation with no grid dependency.
Infrastructure Developers
Real estate and infrastructure groups developing land for AI campus use who want to include dedicated power in the campus product offering.
Infrastructure Investors
Equity investors or debt providers looking at the generation asset layer of AI infrastructure, particularly in compact nuclear specifically.
Where we are and where we are going
Our development stages, from current pre-application engagement to first commercial unit. Timelines are design targets, not commitments.
Engineering design and simulation environment
Core reactor design developed and modeled. AI control system simulation environment operational. NRC pre-application engagement initiated. First partner technical briefings.
Pre-application engagement and partner development
NRC pre-application meeting series. First site-specific feasibility assessments with Tier 2 partners. Regulatory review strategy finalized. Fuel supply chain discussions initiated.
License application submission
Combined license application submission to NRC. First Tier 3 commercial agreements executed with development partners. Site-specific environmental review initiated.
First commercial unit construction and commissioning
License approved. First unit construction begins at initial partner site. Target: first power delivery within 24 to 30 months of breaking ground. Commercial operation on partner schedule.
Ready to start a technical conversation?
Tell us about your power requirements and campus context. We will schedule a brief alignment call and, if it makes sense to proceed, start the NDA and Tier 1 briefing process. We typically respond within two business days.
